2021 National Survey on the Cooperative Difference
Sumter EMC recognizes the importance of serving our members well. In an effort to help us continue offering outstanding service, we are conducting a member satisfaction survey to get additional feedback.
The member survey will begin June 17, 2021 and will be conducted for one week through phone interviews and online surveys sent through email with a subject line of Sumter EMC Needs Your Feedback!
Sumter EMC is partnering with Cooperative Insights and Bellomy Research to conduct this survey targeting residential members throughout our service area. Sumter EMC employees and directors are not included in the survey and all member responses will remain anonymous.
We wanted to reassure you this is a legitimate survey to assist us in providing better service to you in the future!
